The YCO TFC Advisory board is comprised of members who reside in Oklahoma and have experience related to the mental health needs of children and youth. Members provide advice and counsel to the agency, reflect local concerns and represent the program to the community.

Andrea Gomez de Berry is a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor doing psychotherapy with Latino immigrant families and their children. She has extensive experience in the treatment of substance use disorders and was involved with the Oklahoma County Drug Court Program for 8 years before coming to work at Youthcare of Oklahoma. She has recently joined the Oklahoma City Chapter of National Association of Mental Illness (NAMI) as a board member. Andrea speaks 2 languages, English and Spanish and is originally from Colombia (not Columbia por favor!).
Brandy Brown is a Western Oklahoma native who believes that education, compassion and personal accountability are critical in carrying out her duties as President of YCO OKC, Inc. A single-mother of three children, Brandy earned her bachelor degree in Psychology at South Western Oklahoma State University, at Weatherford, while working full-time to support her family. Relocating to Yukon, she attended the University of Oklahoma and earned an MSW in 2007. She understands the complexities involved in serving impoverished and disadvantaged populations in both rural and urban settings.

Bonnie has been a mental health consultant for the past 20 years. In the past she has also owned her own Therapeutic Foster Care agency. She loves to research and help people find their lost funds. She also loves to read, especially about history. Bonnie has one child, and one grandson who is 14 and is 6’5″ tall and who loves basketball. Bonnie has been married for 34 years and loves her family very much.
Jessica Kelly graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a bachelor’s degree in Gerontology and Family Study. She has worked in the behavioral health field for six years. Jessica is a patron of local arts, an active supporter and volunteer in the community and a supporter of philanthropic organizations around the Tulsa area. Jessica believes that part of mental health and over all well-being is physical activity. She trains for competitive weight lifting and runs numerous races throughout the State of Oklahoma.

Frank Turner is a successful Business Consultant, Entrepreneur and Public Speaker, with over 15 years experience in Business start-up, acquisitions and management. He has worked with a variety of companies, groups and individuals. Frank also has Investment Entrepreneurial experience that relates to Real Estate and other interests. He speaks publicly on topics that range from leadership to motivation. Frank is the founder/president of Turner Management Inc. He has a tremendous passion for relationships and service. He has a special talent in building resources that ensures a positive outcome. As a consultant, Frank has the ability to understand the needs of a diverse clientele. It is the companies’ mission to provide outstanding services to obtain success.
